Enjoy a flat, leisurely walk along the Hayward shore-line on a one-way trip from Eden Shores to Eden Landing (approx. 2.3 miles). We will pass through a variety of habitats: ponds, open fields, and tidal marshes. We can expect a good variety of waders, shorebirds, and wintering waterfowl. Scopes will be very helpful. 

Directions: To reach Eden Shores, from Jackson St. (SR 92), go south on Hesperian Blvd. for 1.7 miles. Turn right on Eden Shores Parkway. Continue straight via the overpass to Eden Shores Community Park. Keep right around the park to the parking area. (Bathrooms available). We will ferry drivers back to Eden Shores using vehicles left at Eden Landing. Hard rain cancels. All are welcome.
