BOOK SALE

Ohlone Audubon is selling its library of over 900 books on Nov. 7 and 8, 10 am to 5 pm at Helen Sowers’s garage, 18492 Capricorn Ct., Castro Valley, 94546. For many years the library has been available to the Ohlone members but is rarely utilized so we decided to make the books available to the birding community. Recently a deceased member donated her extensive bird library, adding to the collection and to our wish to sell. Most of the books are ornithological but there are some references on other topics.

Most of the books will be available for $3, 2 for $5, or 5 for $10. There are a small number of rare books that will be priced at $5 to $15.
