Patri ck Kolar is a wildlife biologist with the US Geological Survey – Forest and Rangeland Ecosystem Science Center. He received a Bachelor‘s degree in Fish and Wildlife Management from Montana State University in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Raptor Biology from Boise State University in 2013.&nbs p; Since 2014 he has been studying raptor populations in the Northern Diabl o Range Mountains of California.
